How to reduce the picture files attached within Outlook 2010?

email user အားလုံးနီးပါးဟာ Mail Inbox Size Limit ရှိကြပါတယ်။

သို့ပေမယ့် အလုပ်သဘောအရ Photo တွေ ကို email အပြန်အလှန်ပို့ကြရပါတယ်။

ဒီတော့ Photo သဘောကိုက File Size ကြီးလေ့ရှိတော့ Mailbox size က အချိန်တိုအတွင်း ပြည့်တာပေါ့။

ဒီလို အဖြစ်မျိုးကနေ ကျော်လွှားဖို့ တချို့တွေက File Resizing Application တွေသုံးကြတာပေါ့။

WinRAR, WinZIP, 7zip စတာမျိုးတွေ သုံးကြပါတယ်။

ဒါက Advanced user မျိုးတွေ သုံးကြတာပါ။

အတွေ့အကြုံ အရ ပြောရရင် user တော်တော်များများက ZIP Software တွေကို မသုံးတတ်ကြတာ များပါတယ်။

ဒီတော့ Customer Service လုပ်ပေးနေရတဲ့ သင့်အနေနဲ့ ဘယ်လို ဖြေရှင်းပေးမယ် စိတ်ကူးလဲ ???

Google ကနေ အဖြေရှာမယ် ကြံစည်နေလား ???

တခါတလေ Customer တယောက်လုံးဘေးနားမှာ ကြည့်နေတဲ့ အချိန် သင် Google ကြီး ဖွင့်ပြီး How to ဆိုတာနဲ့ ရှာမှာလား ???

ဒါဆို အရင်ဆုံး သင့်ကို Customer က အထင်သေးသွားပေတော့မှာပေါ့။

မလိုပါဘူး လွယ်ပါတယ် အခု ဒီပို့စ်လေးကို ကူးထားပြီး လိုက်လုပ်လိုက်ပေါ့။

ကျတော်ကတော့ အောက်က နည်းလေးအတိုင်းပဲ လုပ်ပြလိုက်တာပါပဲ....

၁) Outlook မှာ new email message ဖွင့်လိုက်တယ်။

၂) Insert Tab ရဲ့ Include ဆိုတဲ့ Group မှာ Attach File ဆိုတာကို Click ပါတယ်။

၃) Message Window ထဲမှာ File tab ကို Click လုပ်ပါတယ်။

၄) Image Attachments အောက်မှာ Resize large images when I send this message ဆိုတာကို Click လုပ်ပါတယ်။

၅) Message Tab ကို Click ပါတယ်။

၆) Compose လုပ်ချင်တာတွေ ရေးပြီးရင် Send ကို Click လုပ်တာပေါ့။

ဒီ နည်းလမ်းလေးနဲ့ User ကို Reducing Photos attachment  လုပ်ပြီး email ဘယ်လိုပို့ရလဲ ဆိုတာ ပြပေးလိုက်တာပါပဲ။
