For Interview (Candidates)
1.Before the interview....................
a).Try to find out something about the company and about your actualduties.
b )Prepare a folder or file containg your application letter ,biodata and supporting certificate, documents etc.
c)Try to wearsomething tidy and comfortable.
d)Arrange transportation before handand try to reach the place and interview in good time.
e)To haveconfidence ,bear in mind that you are looking for a job ,and theemployer is looking for a job,and the employer is looking for someoneto fill a vacancy.
f)neither of you is doing the other a favour.
