Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 ကို Symantec Backup Exec 2012 သုံးပြီး Backup လုပ်တဲ့အခါ

E000FED1: A failure occurred querying the Writer status ဆိုတဲ့ Error မျိုးပေါ်လာရင် ဖြေရှင်းနည်း ၂ မျိုးရှိပါတယ်။

ပထမတစ်မျိုးကတော့ Exchange Database တွေကို Unmount , Mount လုပ်ပြီး Backup ပြန် Run တာပါ။
ဒီနည်းက နည်းနည်း Risk များတဲ့ အတွက် ဒုတိယနည်းကို သုံးတာ ပိုအဆင်ပြေပါတယ်။

ဒုတိယနည်းကတော့ Server ရဲ့ Services တွေထဲက Microsoft Exchange Information Store Service ဆိုတာကို Restart လုပ်ပေးလိုက်တာပါ။
Restart လုပ်တာနဲ့ User တွေဖက်မှာ Mailbox နဲ့ Disconnect ခဏဖြစ်သွားပြီး Password Prompt ပေါ်ပါလိမ့်မယ်။
ပြဿနာမရှိပါဘူး။ Username, Password ထည့်လိုက်တာနဲ့ အဆင်ပြေသွားမှာပါ။

ပြီးတာနဲ့ Backup ပြန် Run ပါ။ အထက်ပါ Error မျိုး မကြုံရတော့ပါဘူး။

Configuration ကို မပြင်ခင် အရင်ဆုံး ဒီ Reload command ကို မဖြစ်မနေ run ထားဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။ ဒါမှသာ သင်ပြင်လိုက်တဲ့ Configuration ကြောင့် ချက်ချင်း Remote Connection ပြတ်တောက်သွားရင် သတ်မှတ်ထားတဲ့ အချိန်မှာ ပြန် Remote ဝင်လို့ရမှာပါ။

Navisworks ကို VPN Connection သုံးပြီး Remote Site ကနေ Main Office က License Server ကို လှမ်းချိတ်သုံးတဲ့ အခါ အောက်က Error မျိုးပေါ်လာတတ်ပါတယ်။

၁) My Computer ကို Right Click ပြီး Properties ကို Click ပါ။ (Windows Vista , Windows 7 များမှာ Advanced System Settings ကို Click ပါ။)
၂) System Properties dialog box ပေါ်လာရင် Advanced Tab ကို Click ပါ။
၃) Environment Vairables ကို Click ပါ။
၄) System Variables ရဲ့ New ကို Click ပါ။
၅) New User Variable dialog box မှာ FLEXLM_TIMEOUT ကို ထည့်ပေးပြီး Value နေရာမှာ 10000000 ကို ထည့်ပေးပါ။
၆) ပြီးရင် OK , OK ပေါ့ဗျာ။
၇) Navisworks ကို ပြန်ဖွင့်ကြည့်ပါ။

License Error မတက်တော့တာကို တွေ့ရပါလိမ့်မယ်။ တကယ်လို့ Error ပေါ်နေသေးတယ်ဆိုရင် Value တန်ဖိုးကို နည်းနည်းစီတိုးပြီးစမ်းကြည့်ပါ။ အဆင်ပြေတဲ့ Value ရောက်ရင် ရပ်ပါ။
Value ဆိုတာ တခြားမဟုတ်ပါဘူး Time in second ပါ။ 10000000 microseconds ပေါ့။

Windows 7 ကို အကြောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးကြောင့် Repair လုပ်မရတဲ့အခါ Upgrade option နဲ့ Repair လုပ်ကြရပါတယ်။
