Executive, (Maintenance Planning, CMMS) - 1 Post
Reliability & Integrity Engineering Department
Applications are invited from suitably qualified internal & external candidates
for the above position based in Yangon Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible to:
- Implement Maintenance Master Plans, procedures and schedule for all
equipment/ systems in order to achieve safe and cost-effective implementation
to ensure long term reliability and technical integrity of faciliteis.
- Initiate and deliver scheduled review of critical spare, material, sparing and
maintenance strategy to ensure high reliability of all equipments
- Conduct an assessment and track the progress of AIMs initiatives, R & I activities
and compliance as per AIMs Road Map & RIMs to achieve high equipment reliability
towards a world class standard.
- Track the overall maintenance master plan, schedule and strategies to ensure
maintenance activities are implemented as per agreed technical requirements
and schedule in order to sustain equipment/facilities reliability and integrity.
- Coordinate the preparation of Work Program and Budget (WP & B) for the
ME department and track the budget utilization to ensure an effective annual budget
and efficient control of expenditure for all maintenance related activities.
- Plan and implement related HSE initiatives and programs for the section to ensure
a high level of HSE awareness among all staff / contractors and to support the targeted
HSE standards and objectives in line with statutory requirement, PETRONAS and PCSB HSE
policies, guidelines and technical standards.
- Administer Daily CMMS System
- Provide CMMS Helpdesk Service and training
Applicants should have:
- Degree in an Engineering Discipline with relevant industry experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in CMMS and Planning tools
- Good knowledge in Supply Chain Management
