Customer ရဲ့ Router ကို အသစ်လဲပေးဖို့ အခြေအနေမျိုးမှာ Current Router ရဲ့ Configuration တွေကို အရင်စစ်ရပါတယ်။
တခါတလေမှာ Customer ကိုယ်တိုင်က Router Password မေ့သွားတာမျိုး ကြုံရလေ့ရှိပါတယ်။
ဒီလိုအခြေအနေမှာ သင့်အနေနဲ့ Password ကို Recovery/Reset လုပ်ဖို့လိုပါတယ်။ ဒါမှသာ Current Configuration ကို ဝင်စစ်ပြီး Router အသစ်မှာ Configure လုပ်နိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ကဲ...Recovery လုပ်ကြရအောင်ဗျာ...
၁) Console Port နဲ့ သင့် Laptop ချိတ်ဆက်ထားပြီး Putty ကဲ့သို့သော Terminal Application Run ထားပါ။
Router ကို Reload လုပ်ပါ။ Reload လုပ်လို့ IOS ပြန်တက်လာတဲ့အချိန်မှာ Ctrl & Break Key နှစ်ခုကို တပြိုင်တည်းနှိပ်လိုက်ပါ။
၂) Configuration Register ကို ပြောင်းဖို့ "confreg 0x2142" ဆိုတဲ့ command ကို ရိုက်ထည့်ပါ။
၃) "Reset" command ကိုရိုက်ထည့်ပြီး Router ကို Reload လုပ်ပါ။
၄) Startup configuration mode ပေါ်လာရင် "No" ရွေးပြီး Privileged Mode ကို "Enable" command နဲ့ ဝင်ပါ။
၅) "copy start run" command နဲ့ Startup Configuration ကို Running Configuration အဖြစ် Copy ကူးပါ။
၆) "configure terminal" command ဖြင့် privileged mode ကိုဝင်ပါ။ "Username" "Password" "Enable Secret" command များ ဖြင့် new username, password နှင့် privileged mode password များကို ပြောင်းပါ။
၇) "config-register 0x2102" command ဖြင့် default configuration register ကို ပြန် reset လုပ်ပါ။
၈) "copy run start" command ဖြင့် configuration ကို save လုပ်ပါ။
ကဲ...password အသစ် ကို reset လုပ်လို့ပြီးပါပြီ။ ဒါဆို သင်စစ်ချင်တဲ့ Configuration ကို စစ်လို့ရပြီပေါ့။ ပြီးရင်တော့ Router အသစ်ကို Configuration ပြန်လုပ်ပေါ့ဗျာ။
အပေါ်က အဆင့်တွေက 1700, 2600 router series တွေအတွက် ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် တချို့ series တွေမှာ လဲ သုံးကြည့်လို့ရတာ ကိုယ်တွေ့ပါ။
ဒီထက်ပို အသေးစိတ်သိချင်ရင်တော့ မူရင်း Cisco Website မှာသွားလေ့လာစေချင်ပါတယ်။
